Music Makers at Home (4 years and up)
Music Makers Around the World (5 years and up)
Music Makers at the Keyboard (For children and adults starting in September, 2009)

Music Makers is a two-year sequential course offering a pathway to music literacy that prepares a child for successful future study in piano, or any instrument or choral group. These classes foster children's joy through music and movement, as we learn to improvise, write and read music. We build on each child's musical foundation, layering on additional skills at the appropriate time and at an appropriate pace. I hope your child will join us on these steps through the pathway to music literacy.

Sarah has been teaching music, movement and art to children for 15 years. She has taught and continues to teach in home school co-ops, New Hope Academy, The Seattle Home School Resource Center, The Music Center of the Northwest, Bitterlake Community Center and The Phinney Neighborhood Center. With an AA in Early Childhood Ed from NSCC, Sarah is studying Montessori Education, as she continues at Evergreen State College.
